The idea
New interns kept asking the same questions, and the answers lived in people's heads rather than anywhere findable. I mapped what was missing, designed it in Figma, then built it as a web page the team could open and search.
What I did
- Identified the gaps in the existing documentation
- Designed the structure in Figma, then built it as a web page
- Organized information about worker-protection cases so it is findable
- Shaped it around how staff and interns actually look things up
